The Position Requires:
?Experience in an accounting/bookkeeping environment.
? Able to demonstrate a solid understanding of accounting principles.
? Call Center experience is a plus
? Personal style should reflect a positive attitude and ?roll-up-the-sleeves? approach, including ability to be self-motivated, flexible, a fast-learner, organized, dedicated, and a team player
?Analytical ability and computer skills required including strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
? Strong English communication skills, with ability to effectively gather and convey information via e-mail or phone with customers, people located in other non-local offices and in different time zones.
? Exceptional customer service skilland problem-solving skills
? Must be highly accurate and detail-oriented, with ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
? Have the ability to exercise good judgment and utilize knowledge of department and company policies and procedures to complete duties.
? Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. |
