Key Areas of Responsibility:
• Support CEO and CFO in preparing and analysing various financial and commercial reports and metrics for both individual and consolidated markets across Americas
• Preparation of various performance reports and internal KPI packs for monthly meetings as well as weekly sales meetings
• Improve current reports as well as develop and create new reports for the broader business
• Provide bespoke management information to better enhance the commercial decision making process
• Support Country Managers in reviewing and analysing their market performance across a standard set of key metrics
• Support with market research projects and activities
• Monitor all businesses related improvement projects
• Assist with the implementation of strategies for gathering, reviewing, and analysing data requirements
• Assist in the coordination and preparation of business cases and estimating ROI of potential new investments and strategic initiatives
• Actively participate in ad hoc projects as and when required

• Thorough understanding of financial information
• Excellent IT skills and full proficiency in Microsoft Office, in particular, advanced Excel capability, CRM systems and data software tools
• Experience in business and sales analysis with a strong customer focus
