Asistente Administrativo Bilingüe

REQUIREMENTS:
-Accounting Knowledge
-Student or graduated from Accounting or Business Administration.
-Advanced English Skills (MUST)
-Advanced Excel Skills (MUST)
-Punctuality
-Schedule availability (8:00am - 5:00pm)
-Quickbooks Knowledge (Desirable)
-Google Knowledge (Desirable)

Responsibilities:
-Schedule payments for suppliers and have an Accounts Payable Aging report.
-Review the monthly executed budgets and see if there are any pending payments to add on our Accounting platform
-Archiving / reporting
-Improving current processes.
-Assist in Project Statements and follow-up
-Review legal documentation (Insurance and other).
