Description:
LanguageConvo is an online education company; we teach foreign languages, and we have teachers and students all over the world!
The founder of our company is seeking someone who can help with a wide variety of complex tasks ranging from customer service, to marketing, to human resources/hiring. You will work directly with the founder of our company and our management team, taking on significant responsibilities across numerous areas of our company.
Some of the responsibilities you will have include:
• Assist the founder of our company on a variety of changing tasks, as need arises. If a problem comes up that does not normally get relegated to a specific department, you'll be the person to solve it!
• Answering customer service emails, chat, and phone calls
• Managing our teacher hiring process, including posting job advertisements, scheduling and conducting interviews, and more
• Marketing initiatives such as posting Facebook messages, writing marketing emails, and writing blog posts
• Sales initiatives, including phone and email
• Projects our management team needs help with that will grow our company!
Requirements
• Expert, native level English (written, spoken, and reading ability)
• At least 3 years of experience in a related field
• Ability to think critically and handle complex tasks
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Willingness to do "boring" tasks, intermixed with interesting, complex projects
• Excellent computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word
• Basic math and statistics knowledge, including the ability to read and understand basic charts and graphs
• Ability to get high speed internet, and a quiet place to work at home


Nivel Jerárquico: Empleado

Salario Nominal: Desde $ 1000 Hasta $ 1500

Horario: 8:00 AM a 5:00 PM
