Senior Recruiter

Purpose of the job
The Recruiter will be primarily responsible for the sourcing of talent and the management of the candidate pool from the initial intake of an open position and the development of the job description to ensuring the seamless on-boarding of new talent for the company. Performs executive, professional, technical and recruiting including college/university recruiting. Works along with Recruiters to create internal and external recruiting methods and procedures to meet business requirements. Responsible for the identification of potential candidates, interviewing, selection and placement of candidates for reassignment, promotion and external-hire-for-employment. Ensure recruiting strategy, methodology, and processes are aligned with business needs, talent strategy and desired employee capabilities/skills. Assists Recruitment Area in relations with outside employment agencies and recruiters.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Consults with Recruitment Area to ensure alignment between recruiting needs and recruiting strategies,
• Collaborates and builds strong relationships with hiring managers to obtain and confirm search requests that clearly indicate key responsibilities, requirements, environmental conditions, compensation, target audience (internal and/or external), timeframes and other as needed.
• Performs comprehensive targeted research strategy for qualified candidates via internal databases, job boards, schools, professional associations, business contacts with other companies and discussions with other research personnel
• Interviews and screens candidates to ensure their qualifications meet open positions
• Conducts skills testing and office interviews to measure capability and aptitude
• Acts as backup on all pre-employment requirements (e.g., background investigations including reference checks, drug testing, physical exams) to ensure compliance, proper applicant tracking flow and records maintenance
• Collaborates with other HR partners on recruiting issues (e.g., new hire requirements, compensation, etc. benefits)
• Presents job opportunities to qualified candidates and negotiates job offers for the most qualified candidate(s)
• Coordinates with the HR Assistant to ensure all new hiring processing takes place on the employee's first day of work
• Ensures compliance with all legal aspects of recruiting function.
• May provide functional guidance, advice and/or training to less-experienced recruiting staff

Education, Experience and skills
• Bachelor’s degree or combination of work experience and education in related field
• 3+ years’ experience in corporate recruitment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent people skills
• Demonstrated track record of building successful partnerships with mid-to-senior level individuals within an organization, as it relates to the recruitment process.
• Proven ability to successfully recruit high level positions and other as needed
• Experience in successfully utilizing a variety of recruitment tools, websites, cold searches and recruitment systems
• Advanced English level skill, both written and verbal is a must
• Ability to translate documentation, conversations and messages
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
