Answering queries and managing reservations
Responsibilities:
Answer calls and messages from guests with professionalism and kindness.
Manage queries about availability, rates, check-in/check-out times and hotel services.
Make reservations, confirmations and modifications accurately.
Coordinate virtual check-in/check-out and ensure that guests receive all the necessary information for their stay.
Resolve basic incidents and redirect complex situations to the appropriate team.
Maintain an organized record of all interactions and reservations.
Required skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of booking platforms and property management systems.
Ability to resolve problems and manage incidents quickly.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Fluency in English and Spanish.
Previous experience in customer service (desirable)
