Responsibilities:
* Answer calls and messages from guests with professionalism and kindness.
* Manage queries about availability, rates, check-in/check-out times and hotel services.
* Make reservations, confirmations and modifications accurately.
*Coordinate virtual check-in/check-out and ensure that guests receive all the necessary information for their stay.
* Resolve basic incidents and redirect complex situations to the appropriate team.
* Maintain an organized record of all interactions and reservations.
Required skills:
* Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
* We will train you in the booking platforms and property management systems.
* Ability to resolve problems and manage incidents quickly.
* Attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Previous experience in customer service (desirable)
Due to the complexity and time we invest in training we are looking for someone who will stay with us a few years.
You will NOT be able to have any other employments simultaneously as this one.
This position is heavy in administrative duties and requires constant attention, it does not leave you any time to juggle another JOB.
