Fusion BPO Services is currently seeking an experienced Customer Service and Sales Agents to join our team
Job Summary:
We are currently looking for solid customer service and sales representatives with sales experience to join our team. If you are a self-motivated customer service representative, servicing customer accounts, we have an opportunity for you!

Job Responsibilities:
• Maintain on-going minimum quality performance goals for assigned area/client/or portfolio
• Assist customers with their accounts in an inbound call center environment
• Guide customers, through the use of solution and customer service skills
• Ability to effectively cope with stressful situations in a highly productive and structured environment
• Use all resources available to resolve accounts to the satisfaction of company guidelines
• Up sale customers on products

Education and Experience:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Call center experience

Skills and Abilities:
• Flexible and available to work assigned scheduled shifts based on business needs including night shift and weekends
• Exceptional telephone techniques and etiquette
• Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills
• Ability to engage the following traits when necessary: active listening, patience, problem solving and quality
• Sound decision-making skills
• Sales experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Solid computer skills and the ability to navigate several screens and applications
