Description

Campaign Managers at AKQA play a critical role in driving client success through the daily execution, development and optimization of paid search campaigns. They are detailed oriented, self-starting individuals, with the desire and capacity for learning, in a high - growth, fast paced environment and strive to grow their skill set in an ever-changing digital landscape.

Job Responsibilities
• • Set up, traffic, and optimize paid search campaigns, leveraging industry- standard campaign management tools (DoubleClick Search, AdWords, Gemini Advertiser, Bing Ads Editor)
• Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with search engines and ad networks as required
• Facilitate the development and testing of landing pages, ad copy creation, and keyword lists
• Monitor ongoing campaign performance
• Troubleshoot and contribute to account strategy
• Execute daily campaign management and optimization to ensure successful performance
• Proactively alert Digital Media Supervisor of any inconsistencies or issues including underperformance, over pacing, or any other campaign-related issues
• Aggregate weekly reporting using 3rd party & 1st party reports
• Provide performance analysis and contribute to high-level strategic development
• Design process for syncing creative teams with media team, publishers, developers, etc.
• Manage internal teams, deadlines and workflow to ensure adequate development and approval time
• Manage overall team workflow and resourcing requirements
• Join corporate client status meetings to maintain insight into ongoing projects and balance client priorities

Skills & Experience
• Bachelor Degree in Any of the Following Areas: Advertising, Marketing, Business Administration
• Must be Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent written, and verbal negotiation skills (TOEFL/TOEIC certificate is preferred/Third language is a plus)
• Advanced use of Excel (pivot tables, charts and graphs, macros, formulas and functions (LOOKUPS), filtering)
• 2 - 5 years experience with AdWords, Bing or other Search advertising, SEM platforms, etc.
• Knowledge of Search Engine Marketing (SEM) including: industry trends, keyword analysis, pay per-click campaigns (PPC)
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability and willingness to learn new technologies and tools
• Demonstrate the ability to leverage quantitative thinking to manage campaign success
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
