SUMMARY:
Responsible for providing business knowledge and technical skills to implement strategies, evaluate products and provide support that benefit the company. This will be a full-time position to support Crowley Maritime Corporation online services across multiple regions and data centers. The role will work closely with the enterprise Network Manager, Network and Voice support partners, Service providers and business users.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Duties will include oversight of managed services support partners, test, implement, document and maintain network data and voice infrastructure.
Monitor performance solutions to assist with customers business drivers.
Capture, understand, translate and document customer requirements.
Create and maintain technical documentation to ensure efficient planning and execution.

Ability to communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing, including conveying technical information to technical and non-technical users.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal/external business partners.
Ability to function effectively alone or as part of a team.
Ability to indirectly mentor, coach or train others.
Ability to effectively participate in or manage projects that may vary in nature and scope.
Ability to remotely support office moves, circuit turn-ups and upgrades.
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 3 to 5 years technical experience working with advanced and complex network operations in large enterprise environment.

EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or a related field; or a combination of post high school education and experience equal to eight (8) years.
Cisco CCNA/CCNP certifications
Riverbed certifications a plus
