A fast growing Petroleum Transport Company is looking for an Experienced, Energetic and Enthusiastic Dispatcher to join our team!! We are looking for a self-driven individual with the skills to provide superior customer service at all times.

* English Language Essential (90% or higher, written and oral with an emphasis on oral). Candidates will converse in English most of the time. Must be able to carry a full and extended conversation in English. Very minimal accent.
* Must work well under pressure
* Detail oriented
* Ability to Multi-task and handle multiple calls or multiple situations simultaneously
* Great listener and a good decision maker
* Positive attitude and energetic
* Male
* Between 23 to 45 years old
* Excellent organizational skills
* Superior education level (bachelor degree or advanced university level studies, 2nd or 3rd year student)
* 8 - 12 hours shift schedule, TBD upon hire
* Responsible and dependable, high level of maturity, preferable with a well-established family lifestyle.
* USA tourist visa available preferred but not required (Available to travel to the US if necessary)
Job Description and Requirements:

*Scheduling, Dispatching and Monitoring loads on a daily basis.
* Manage route optimization, Assign trucks to routes.
*Accepting/Rejecting additional customer orders based on truck availability
*Scheduling drivers’ work schedule based on driver availability
*Communicating with drivers, office staff and customers via phone, email, etc.
*Answering questions and concerns with accuracy and professionalism as it pertains to the current/past deliveries
*Strong organization, follow-up, and attention to detail required
*Strong problem solving skills
*Composure under pressure, stress and deadlines
*Willingness and ability to wear different hats for multiple functions

*1-3 years experience in previous dispatching role
*Computer proficiency a must. Solid Excel Skills, Word, Email, etc.
*Effective and clear oral and communication skills
*Strong work ethic
*Ability to multi-task
*Willingness to work weekends is a must
*Detail oriented
*Bilingual (English and Spanish)
