Travelisimo is a TravelTech company and one of Central America’s native travel platforms. Founded in Guatemala, where it became the country’s #1 online travel agency (OTA), and we are now shifting our operations to El Salvador to establish our presence locally and strengthen our expansion across Latin America and the Caribbean.
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, bilingual Onboarding & Customer Success Representative to help us activate new suppliers, ensure high-quality listings, and support Travelisimo’s growing inventory across the region.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll become a key operational point of contact between our Business Development team, our suppliers, and our internal operations. Your work will ensure that every new product entering our platform, tours, transportation, experiences, rentals, and hotels, is accurately uploaded, optimized, and ready for booking.
You will:
Support and manage the onboarding process for new suppliers and their products across El Salvador, Guatemala, and neighboring markets.
Collect, organize, and upload product information: pricing, descriptions, policies, photos, availability, and operational requirements.
Ensure high-quality, complete, and accurate listings that meet Travelisimo’s standards.
Coordinate closely with Business Development to guarantee a smooth transition from acquisition to activation.
Assist suppliers by guiding them through platform requirements and best practices.
Collaborate with tech, operations, and customer support teams to solve issues and optimize workflows.
Monitor product performance and keep listings fresh, updated, and fully functional.
Provide ongoing support to suppliers to help them succeed and grow within the platform.
What you need to succeed in this role:
Spanish + EnglishExperience in tourism, hospitality, or operations
Strong organizational and multitasking skillsHigh attention to detail and a structured, methodical approach
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Strong communication skills and supplier-facing confidence
Comfortably using digital tools, spreadsheets, and CMS-style systems
A proactive, responsible, and solution-oriented mindset
