Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design (preferably in garments) or Industrial Engineering
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
Experience with Gerber or similar pattern design software (e.g., AccuMark, Lectra, Optitex)
Strong customer service skills
Proactive and detail-oriented
Specific Knowledge:
Creation of multi-style patterns using CAD systems
Development of base patterns from technical sheets and manufacturing orders
Transformation of base patterns into prototypes and industrialized models
Pattern grading and scaling
Use of digital tools to produce production-ready patterns
We Offer:
Competitive salary based on experience: $1,500 – $1,800
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:45 PM
Transportation provided for the Ilopango, Soyapango, and downtown San Salvador areas
