Project/Account Manager

- This person should be a project management ninja (PMP certified is a plus) and be constantly scanning the horizon and managing resources to make sure our team is hitting deadlines, dates, and milestones.
- They will be the primary day-to-day liaison between clients and myself, Lily, and contractors/vendors we use to fulfill work, so English (written and spoken) must be impeccable.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience at marketing agencies or in-house marketing management preferred but not required
- Proficiency with PM platforms like Asana, Basecamp, and Teamwork. (We use Teamwork internally)
- Proficiency with G-Suite, Office, and Skype.
The capacity to interact with staff virtually (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, servant-minded, resourceful and efficient, with a high degree of professionalism is crucial to this role. The ideal candidate should show experience in developing remote relationships in a teamwork oriented organization as well as experience in handling the administrative and executive support related tasks with minimal supervision.

The goal is to achieve the best outcome of each projects both visually and essentially to meet customer expectations and drive our client's sustainable growth.

REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience as a project/account manager or in a similar role
- Fluency in both English and Spanish; excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Be good at communication
- Excellent working knowledge of software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc.
- Outstanding leadership and organization skills
- Proactive self-starter with high levels of personal initiative, a positive attitude and a focus on continuous improvement.
