Position Title: Service Engineer Representative (Spanish & English Speaking)

Due to its continuous development and expansion into central & southern America market, an after-sales service role arises with clear and important career advancement opportunities. The position is based in EL Salvatore covering the region. Successful applicant is expected to be on board before April 2019. This is a full-time position but starts initially a flexible-working mode as the company is seeking local registration following its substantial investment. The successful applicant will provide a high level of technical support to customers while working under minimal supervision.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
• Provide hands-on on-site troubleshooting, service and repairs within warranty period and feedback key issues or findings;
• Provide on-site training and technical support to the customers;
• Responsible for the execution of maintenance plan for the port facilities in region;
• Timely respond to calls on repairs and follow through the service;
• Responsible for the developing of service technical plan and budgeting for the port facilities in region;
• Responsible for the handling and tracking of complaints and feedbacks from customers in region;
• Explore business opportunity with potential customers in region and conduct initial contact;
• Responsible for the promoting of the port facility maintenance service in regional;
• Deal with the job order for the maintenance of crane facilities in region;
• Misc. other duties commensurate with the capabilities of a Service Engineer Rep.
Qualifications Desired:
1. Native Spanish and fluent English speaker;
2. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical qualifications in electrical/ mechanical engineering; familiar with crane or heavy machinery equipment; holders of relevant professional certificates preferred;
3. 3 years or more experience in service and maintenance of high-end machinery;
4. Good communication skill, strong in execution and service creativity.
