· An experienced Social Media specialist able to dedicate 40 hours/week to your client
· Organized, detail-oriented, and familiar with multiple US social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant platforms

Work Better Now virtual assistants (VAs) work full-time (40 hours/week) Monday through Friday during US business hours.

As a WBN Social Media/Marketing VA, you will help your client’s business run smoothly by maintaining your client’s social media channels. While your duties will depend on the specific needs of your client, they may include:
· Posting social media content, monitoring engagement, and managing replies
· Updating websites
· Organizing and keeping track of a content calendar
· Creating graphics and images appropriate to content
· Resizing images as appropriate for various channels
· Administrative support including email and other admin tasks

Qualifications
As an added ongoing benefit, we (WBN) ensure that our VAs are matched up with clients based on the VA’s skills and the clients’ needs. In doing so, here are the qualifications of those we consider to be “ideal candidates”.
· At least 2 years of experience working with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
· Working knowledge of tools such as WordPress, Hootsuite, Buffer, HubSpot, Constant Contact, Mailchimp, Photoshop, and Canva
· Able and willing to work on administrative tasks
· Bilingual in Spanish and English (advanced or proficient)
· Proficient writing in English (including top grammar skills)
· Expertise with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook/Gmail
· Appropriate work-from-home environment
· USB headset with noise-canceling (ideally)
· FT availability (40 hours a week)
· Excellent relationship skills
