Q: What level of English do you require?
A: Advanced English. You will be communicating in English with our customers, and in Spanish with our providers.
Q: Are you a call center?
A: No. Like all e-commerce companies, we have a contact center as part of our operation, where we make our customers' vacation dreams come true. We service our customers by phone, chat, email, and social media. We are NOT an outsource or third-party like a call center - we sell only our own products and services and service to our own customers.
Q: What would I do?
A: You will help our customers plan their dream vacations in Paradise, by phone, chat, email and social media. Your job will be to connect our customers with the perfect adventure for them, assist them with their bookings, and help them to have a great experience on their trips. This is a soft sales position, where you take inbound contacts and help customers to choose the right experience for them and to make their bookings. This is not an outbound sales position and there is no cold-calling or hard sales. Your customers already want what you have. You just have to help them to make it happen.
Q: I'm still in school, what kind of schedules do you offer?
A: We are in the travel business, so like all tourism businesses, we are open to serve our customers 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We are open from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM every day. We have flexible 8-hours schedules that make it perfect to work around your school schedule while you finish your studies. This is a full-time position.
Q: What is the Salary of the position?
A: $700.00 per month, plus performance bonus. Typical bonus may be from 10% to 30% of salary ($100 to $250) depending on performance, but is uncapped.
