Position Title: Real Estate Virtual Assistant (Spanish Speaking)
Salary Grade: $700 - $1000 USD / month
Reports To: Account Manager, Client
Primary Relationships: Client Team

One of our real estate partners in Texas is looking for a Real Estate Virtual Assistant. As a Real Estate Virtual Assistant, you will be required to operate in a number of different capacities. You will manage mostly business-related tasks such as inbound and outbound calling, discussion of contracts and leasing details, emailing, following up, calendar management, and things of this nature. Fluency in Spanish is a must as your market will be Spanish speaking as well. This position is a remote position, working from your own home, using your own computer, headset, and stable internet connection.
All around, you will need to be dynamic and flexible. To do this role properly you should have a detailed understanding of the full Microsoft Office suite and Google suite.
Receiving inbound and making outbound calls to Spanish speaking clients
Confirming leasing details, following up on dates, contracts, and coordinating with other departments.
Making outbound calls to follow up on inquiries and current subscriber base on new packages and promotional deals.
Must feel comfortable working US business hours
Ability to work independently, with limited required direction and guidance (of course, you will be trained and you will learn the style of your client before you're moved to independent mode!)
Display professional communication via phone, text, and email
Organize and scheduling meetings and appointments
Phone management (inbound and outbound)
Task and project management
A minimum of 1-2 years in a BPO setting or equivalent as an Virtual or Executive Assistant
Bachelor Degree holder or equivalent experience in the BPO Industry
Native Spanish speaker
Outbound calling for customer service or sales is helpful
Computer, headset, and internet connection with 10-15 Mbps download speed
Advanced English language skills (written and speaking)
Good time management and task management skills
Noticeable organizational and prioritization skills
Ability to work independently and meticulously
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite
Able to demonstrate initiative
