Job Responsibilities:

Receive incoming contacts from customers via email, phone and live chat.
Effectively identify your customer’s needs and match them with their perfect experience.
Use your organization and time management skills to track multiple leads simultaneously.
Work with our travel partners to confirm reservations and notify guests of the details.
Place outgoing calls and emails to travel partners and customers as necessary.
Be punctual, flexible and prepared to work together as a team to fulfill our customers’ needs.
Attend all training sessions and become an expert on our websites, products and services.

REQUIREMENTS
Fluent in English and Spanish with high proficiency speaking and writing each language.
A positive, motivated and personable style that will represent the exciting services we offer.
Must be detail-oriented, analytical and organized with experience in customer service
Must possess excellent communication, writing and critical thinking skills and be a team player.
Experience with computers and software programs like Microsoft Windows and Outlook.
Flexible schedules – we are open every day from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM, 365 days a year.
