Analista De Credito

The Finance Operations Clerk is responsible for assisting with the duties tasked to the Finance Operations team associated with Credit, A/R, and other functions.

Primary Responsibilities

Manage models in Excel in order to monitor credit line depletion and address this proactively for Agents
Download production reports and refresh excel models in order to identify which Agencies have depleted their credit lines
Assess the risk associated with providing temporary credit line increases to allow for increased production and make proactive decisions when the increase is warranted under the approved parameters established by the Credit department
Identify needs for permanent credit line adjustments
Monitor permanent changes made to Agent credit lines and assure they were adequately approved
Assist Agents, A/R, and Sales with reviews and requests for additional credit availability
Escalate issues or potential risks as identified

Deliver a consistent and professional level of service at all times.
Take responsibility for resolving disputes, ensuring that caller concerns are actioned correctly and all parties are notified.
Be persistent and self-motivated. Show empathy, assertiveness, tact and resilience.
Must be available to work on Weekends
Other tasks as assigned

Skills/Experience
Fluency in English and Spanish preferred
Must be detail oriented, with the ability to work independently
Knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office
Strong analytical skills and a high level of comfort in mathematics required
