Provides administrative support to the Sales and Marketing Departments, ensuring that work is completed in a timely and accurate manner. Provides high level of customer service to all internal and external customers.
Duties and Responsibilities
Assists the sales field via email regarding contest prizes, Bonus Period close, and other matters.
• Prepares and sends “Renagrams” and “WhatsApp” messages informing the US sales field of contest, specials, meetings, etc.
• Reviews for accuracy in US Specials, contests, and other flyers via Wrike
• Prepares memos regarding product introductions, literature inventory, Sales Kit Program, or other matters and needed for US and Foreign offices.
• Assists in review of Spanish language used in flyers and memos, and small translations as needed.
• Uses templates and pre-designed posts for Social Media.
• Maintains member listings for Facebook, WhatsApp, Rena Drive, Renagrams
• Responds to internet inquiries from the corporate website.
• Prepares letters to Consultants and Collections department.
• Prepares “What’s New?” communications from Marketing and Training to send to Country Managers
• Assists with the coordination of the annual corporate events.
• Must have excellent English proficiency (fluent and advanced English level), oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish. Native & high grades in TOEFL or TOEIC tests are welcomed.
• Advanced typing skills; and proficiency with MS Word and Excel.
• Requires the ability to organize and prioritize work, attend to details and multi-task.
• Must be self-motivated, able to work independently, and a positive team player.
• Requires ability to use discretion in handling confidential matters.
