The Agent Support Representative will manage the day to day revenue management operations within the assigned region. The responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
• Develops strategies and executes action plans that will help the company increase transactions and maximize earnings
• Able to handle high number of inbound and outbound calls
• Conducts market analysis in assigned region that includes competitive pricing, seasonality and general characteristics of the corresponding country of origin and country of destination
• Monitors and makes exchange rate adjustments for various countries, when applicable
• Monitors GPT (gross profit per transaction) analysis in accordance with the information available for each agent (fees, competition, bonuses, commissions, etc.)
• Coordinates with the sales team regarding action plans for their corresponding territories
• Coordinates actions with the team to mitigate negative trends (transactions and/or revenue)
• Provides excellent service to our agents and facilitates prompt resolutions to any potential issues
• Builds up good relationships with our agents that will help us sustain long term business partnerships
• Manages administrative matters of assigned staff
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Excellent bilingual communication skills in English- Spanish (written and verbally)
• Associate Degree or higher in Business Administration, related field preferred or equivalent work experience
• Intermediate level experience in Excel
• 2 years in financial services or related field preferred
• Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem solving skills
• Demonstrate high research skills
• Must be organized and detail oriented
• Strong analytic, multi-tasking, presentation and team work skills
