JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for coordinating tasks with internal departments and external vendors. Tasks shall include, but not limited to: Coordination with local Accounts Payable team, invoice imaging, processing, resolving purchase Orders-Invoice mismatches, attaching invoices to purchase orders, handling materials expediting, Local and international purchasing, fuel orders for C.A, inflows and outflows of inventory warehouses.

EDUCATION:
Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, preferred

REQUIREMENTS:
* 1-2 years’ experience in related field, background in A/P and procurement.
* Experience with Lawson, NS5, and File Net, preferred.
* Data entry and PC skills.
* Good organizational skills.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Fully bi-lingual (English/Spanish)
