Contador General

RESPONSABILITYS:
1. Makes list of Unprocessed invoices ready for input as assigned.
2. Reviews invoices for proper PO authorization in order to commit data to the appropriate PO system.
3. Checks mathematical accuracy of invoice.
4. Prepares invoice by indicating vendor number on the invoice. Compares vendor name and/ or vendor number of source document to system information for identical match.
5. Input invoice data into the system, by accessing the data base appropriate for the type of expenditure being processed

EDUCATION: Formal training program after high school or an Associate’s Degree in Accounting or related field.
WORK EXPERIENCE:
2-3 years accounting experience preferred.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE LEVEL: Proficient in the use of PC and mainframe accounting systems. Ability to work with others (excellent interpersonal skills). Must be detail oriented. Excellent organizational skills. Fully bi-lingual (Spanish-English) effective communications skills.
