Process and control operations assigned from its inception until its closure, management of the assigned accounts with excellence and commitment to comply with the times, costs and level of service agreed with the customer
Main functions
1. Verify that the orders and / or orders comply with the agreed date and the conditions stipulated by the client.
2. Send shipping instructions to the stations of origin and / or destination according to the requirements of the client.
3. Ensure that the documents supporting the shipment are correctly prepared, according to the customer guidelines and regulations of customs authority
4. Guarantee the correct application of the rates agreed with customer, our stations and / or destination.
5. Perform permanent follow:up of the shipment from its departure until its arrival and inform the Supervisor of the Industry in due time if any new developments are presented.
6. Comply with the SOP / Contract established with the customer
7. Send the documents supporting the shipment to the Operations area within the stipulated times in the internal processes.
8. Comply with the established Customer Service procedures for each product and / or service
9. Keep the client informed about the development of operations
10. Notify the client in a timely manner of any deviation that arises and that alters the date committed or the conditions of boarding
11. Be the interlocutor of the client with the different areas of the company (operations, billing, claims, quotes, etc.)
12. Update in a timely manner the general technological tools and those specific for each client
13. Prepare the specific reports defined with clients
14. Prepare the billing order taking into account all costs generated in the operation and quoted to the customer. In cases where applicable, receive the invoice and send it to the client.
15. Record any incident and / or claim in IHT and follow up the closure by the responsible area.
16. Report to the legal area and to the Industry Supervisor, any claim submitted by any of the clients. Likewise, notify any incident that due to errors or omissions derived from the management of PA may cause a formal claim from the client.
17. Identify and report opportunities for improvement in the day:to:day operation.
