Purpose of the Job

Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position. Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need. Assist in interviewing and selecting employee’s onsite.

Responsibilities:

* Full execution of the recruitment process such as job posting, phone interviewing, test prospective employees, analyze the results, perform in-person interviews, and maintain accurate files of each applicant during the recruitment process.

* Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using databases and job web-boards, networking, recruiting firms, social networking sites and the employee referral program

* Attend and participate in job fairs outside the company

* Perform reference and background checks for potential employees.

* Reports the progress on assigned job vacancies on the regular basis, communicates early warnings and provide the regular feedback about the performance of the recruitment process.

* Update all website and pages related new vacancies advertises.

* Support the Recruitment and Selection Area in all duties required by the Human Resources Management as needed

Education and Experience

* 3rd Year of studies related with Psychology or Business Administration

* Experience Required: More than 1 Year on a similar position

* Knowledge of recruiting KPI’s (optional)
