A Business Backend Administrator constantly evaluates website performance by checking metrics such as loading time and memory consumption. Going beyond the technical aspects, they also assess user feedback, effectiveness and traffic, even exploring marketing techniques such as newsletters and SEO to draw more users into the website.

Duties & Responsibilities:
•Application Support for Account Managers & admin via email and helpdesk.
•Website content editing – front end and backend.
•Management of Website ad campaigns using 3rd party Ad manager.
•Assist QA Department with Site testing pre and post deployments of new products and updates.
•Act as Key knowledge point for Backend & frontend of multiple public facing sites.
•Weekly/monthly reporting on excel.
•Assistance creating email campaigns (Job Alerts)
•General administration

Requirements:
•At least 1 years' experience in a Customer Services role with web exposure
•Strong customer focus
•Excellent communication and presentation skills
•Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & CRM systems
•Capable of working with deadlines
•Ability to work autonomously; effectively handle multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines appropriately and remain flexible
•Excellent report writing & presentation skills
•High level of attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and be willing to invest in personal development to maintain standards in a 'best practice' support environment
•Experience in a marketing would also be advantageous
•Adaptable & willing to work across various different departments
•Participate in adhoc projects, as assigned Person Specification
•Passionate & enthusiastic, with a strong customer focus
•A highly responsive individual with a proven ability to take ownership of issues & manage them through to a timely & satisfactory resolution
•A strong attention to detail and a thorough approach
•Possess a dedication to continuous improvement & the drive to exceed expectations
