Job Description The Solutions Architect will work closely with the Business Development team Sales, The Chief Operations Officer and Tech Leaders, on gathering and preparing all information needed to deliver a proposal as a Digital and Technological Solution. Will be responsible for leading various meetings with potential clients to get all the requirements. The Solutions Architect must have the ability to be in constant learning so that shehe would provide and deliver innovate and trendy solutions.

Responsibilities and functions

Responsible for gathering and analyzing all requirements and needs from the client, designing and delivering the solution, considering the Project Scope, Resources, Costs estimation, Time, System Architecture and all the assets to be achieved.
Collaborate and work as a team player along the side with the Business Developer, on the definition of the key success criteria, to deliver and present a tech solution. Needs to be able to assist various followup meeting with the client, making sure all the requirements are complying as planned.
Work closely with the COO and Tech Leads, aligning the final proposal, considering to implement good coding practices and the best software development technologies.
Provide handson technical guidance during the project execution, ensuring and calibrating the initial proposal, considering, resources management, risks and deadlines, along the way with the COO and Project Manager.

Skills and Knowledge

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related discipline.
5 years of experience inside the Software Development field.
5 years of experience as a Software Developer, with a strong and proven knowledge on the software development life cycle.
Ability to lead, work as a team player, to adapt and to be goals orientated.
Ability to convert needs and requirements into Tech and Digital solutions by implementing methodologies such a meeting session of Designing Thinking.
Business Acumen.
Strong knowledge on ROI business models.
Knowledge of Project Management methodologies.
Knowledge working with relational and nonrelational databases
Handson experience developing and designing Systems Architectures.
