Detalles de la oferta

Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary
Good and impeccable personal and professional presentation
Scheduling appointments at the office (For HR and others), with the conference
room, co-working room, and external conference rooms.
Keep a record of invoices and expenses
Keep an inventory up to the date of miscellaneous, office, kitchen and cleaning
supplies.
Assisting clients in finding their way around the office/Building. Announcing
clients as necessary.
Helping maintain workplace security by issuing, checking and collecting badges
as necessary and maintaining visitor logs.
Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing and
taking notes.
Preparing meeting and training rooms, receiving and organizing breaks and
lunch for those training as necessary.
Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.
Sorting and distributing mail.
Provide excellent customer service.
Maintenance Walkthru
Provide General Instructions to other Receptionists
