We're looking to hire a person who will work in managing programmatic campaigns in DoubleClick Bid Manager and Programmatic platforms, working in unison with Media and Trading Desk teams making sure all campaign KPIs are met and are working properly.

Job Responsibilities
• Campaign Implementation & Management
• Audience and Targeting Analysis & Optimization
• Campaign & Creative QA
• Budget Performance Analysis & Optimization
• Updating Creative Changes & URL Updates
• Organizing & Planning Campaign Launches
• Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reporting

Skills & Experience
• Advanced MS Excel Knowledge and Skills (Formulas, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.)
• Bachelor Degree in Any of the Following Areas: Advertising, Marketing, Business Administration
• Must be Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent written, and verbal negotiation skills (Third language is a plus)
• TOEFL/TOEIC certificate is preferred
• Ability to Understand Simple Statistics Such as Ratios, Percentages, etc.
• Ability to Identify Trends and Seasonality
• Schedule Flexibility
• Driven by Results and High Degree of Personal Willingness to Exceed Expectations
• Ability To Take The Lead In New Projects
• Ability to Learn New Technologies and Tools
• Goal Oriented and Used to Working Under Pressure
• Advanced Computer Skills (System Programming and/or Internet Programming)
• Able to work independently without direct supervision
