Detalles de la oferta

A Finance Operations Clerk is primarily responsible for posting various financial transactions to the general ledger and reconciling accounts. In addition, the Finance Operations Clerk will prepare various reports to provide to management. This team member will also be required to assist with special projects from time to time.

Job Duties:
Reconcile bank reports
Obtain documentation to support posting of financial transactions
Assist with the automation of closing and reconciliation processes to make them more efficient and accurate
Cross train on other accounting duties and provide backup to all team functions
Support special projects as assigned
Make collections calls and collect on past due balances.
Develop strong customer focus and high service level relationships with internal and external clients.
Provide ad hoc information and data analysis as requested.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education:

High school diploma (minimum requirement)
Bilingual English and Spanish
Mathematical Skills [Required
Computer Skills [Required]
Excel, Microsoft Office knowledge

Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong time management skills with the ability to multi-task
Must be detail oriented
Demonstrated proficiency in Word and Excel 85% or higher
Ability to interact with all levels of employees within the Company
Ability to quickly learn new systems
Bilingual – English/Spanish

Experiences:

2+ years of experience in financial accounting preferred but not required
