Ejecutivo De Banco

The Bank Conversion Specialist handles full-cycle coordination bank conversion project -from initial contacting of agents to full circle conversion. Must be able to “sell” a change to our third party agents and follow up diligently until full conversion is achieved. Additionally, will support Treasury Operations with other projects and duties as needed.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

-Assist Treasury Operations department with Bank Conversion project – involves managing assigned list of potential prospects to call and persuade to switch depository banks
-Assist with heavy volume of outgoing calls for project – must remain professional, courteous and effective in convincing agents for Bank Conversion
-Utilize in house accounting/operation software to review and analyze prospects before calling.
-Assist with various ad-hoc Treasury Operations projects as required
-Reconcile list of assigned agents daily to be reported in a clean format at the end of the day.
-Follow up with assigned list of agents to ensure that the process is completed full circle with every assigned agent
-Potential for additional commission based on performance of duties

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education
-One year of studies in Business Administration, Marketing or Accounting (Preferred)
-High school Diploma Required

Knowledge/Skills
-Work autonomously in a creative and dynamic environment
-Excellent oral and written communication skills in Both English and Spanish
-Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
-Fully bilingual (English and Spanish) Required

Work Experience
-Prior experience in Money Transfer is a plus. ??
