Purpose of the job
Working in conjunction with the Training Manager the Technical Training Specialist is responsible and accountable for the development and facilitation of training programs for Ria El Salvador with emphasis on product and systems training for internal employees.
Responsibilities
-Develop training curriculum for products and systems
-Facilitate workshops on systems and product training
-Design training materials using Articulate (eLearning)
-Update existing training on all Ria products and systems to be specific for El Salvador
-Develop and conduct new hire procedural training (onboarding) under the direction of the Training Manager
-To include facilitating service workshops as part of the onboarding process – as needed
-Facilitate training in English and Spanish
-Keep abreast of various delivery techniques, business processes, products and systems necessary for training
-Handle all administrative tasks related to the training function
-Record keeping
-Translating training materials as needed
-As needed assist with:
Conducting orientation for new hires
Working closely with the Quality Assurance function to align goals and objectives of the call center

Education
-Bachelor’s Degree minimum (in Education, Learning or related field and/or equivalent work experience)
Experience
-Minimum of 3 years of experience in a professional training role with an emphasis on technical training
-Training experience in a call center environment preferred
